we do not use preservatives or additives - we freeze our items to prolong shelf-life! all of our regular items including muffins, cookies, energy balls, brownies, and more are available for pre-order but will be FROZEN when you receive them.
items that come frozen can be thawed within minutes for you and your guests to enjoy!
