LivBon Inc. was founded in 2015 by Anna Ciccarelli, inspired by her mother’s traditional Sicilian arancini recipe. After 15 years as a stay-at-home mom, Anna launched the business when her children went to university, naming it after her mother’s maiden and married names.
Initially not gluten-free, LivBon pivoted to offer gluten-free products in response to growing demand. Anna’s daughter, Claudia, later joined the family business, contributing leadership and communication skills.
